Shipping Information

We know shipping can cost you. that’s why we do our best to clearly and cohesively explain shipping options for each product page. Here's what to look for: You can see estimated arrival dates on each product page and during the checkout process. Certain products may require additional days to process prior to shipping. This will be reflected in the estimated arrival date. Saturday delivery, if available, will be specified on the product page and during the checkout process. Otherwise, shipping methods apply to business days, not weekends or holidays. Not all items are available for all shipping methods. This will be identified on the product page and during the checkout process. Please read the product page carefully to identify which shipping options are available.

Shipping cost is calculated on a "per order," "per item" or "per pound" basis and is based on the shipping method you select (Standard, Two Day, One Day or Same Day). We sometimes offer free shipping for specific shipping methods in select categories, or free shipping sitewide.

We offer free shipping on orders that total $35 or more, with a few exceptions. Here's what you need to know to score free shipping on your next order: Qualifying items will be shipped with no shipping charge. Special order and scheduled delivery items do not qualify for free shipping. Please note, the $35 order total is after coupons and before taxes, and does not include the costs of digital downloads, e-gift cards, special orders, scheduled delivery items, and any items canceled or removed from the order.
Free shipping does not apply to orders being sent to Alaska. Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Purchases shipped to Alaska. Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are shipped via 2-Day Service and are subject to an additional shipping fee.

Your shipment will arrive via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. We determine shipping method based on the type of delivery you choose, and carrier requirements. All orders over $250 require a signature for delivery. If you are not home, a note will be left with directions on how to receive your order.
Due to carrier restrictions, we currently can not ship TVs to P.O. Boxes. Shipments to P.O. Boxes of all other categories are only available by USPS.

Please review the conditions below to ensure a successful delivery.
For all deliveries:

• • Street access must be at least 10 feet wide
• • There can be no vehicle weight restrictions on the roads leading to your home
• • Overhead street clearance must be at least 14 feet high

Please note that due to carrier size restrictions not all items are available for shipment. If an item you have selected is not eligible a message will be displayed during checkout.
Please note that expedited shipping is not available for APO/FPO shipments.

Purchases of product through circuitcity.com are subject to a destination contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for these products passes to you upon the carrier's delivery to your ship-to address.
